By accessing this website or purchasing services from HigherSelfing™, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

  • HigherSelfing™ provides online coaching, educational programs, digital content, and personal development services.
  • HigherSelfing™ is operated by Anjali Lavania.
  • All services are conducted online unless otherwise specified.

Session Policies

• Standard sessions are approximately 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable environment for online sessions.
• Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions.

Payment & Booking Policies

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless an approved payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
• Due to the digital and scheduled nature of services, refunds are generally not provided once services, sessions, or digital products have been purchased.
• Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Same-day rescheduling requests may only be considered in documented emergency situations.
• Coaching packages and programs are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. Packages expire 12 months from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated.

Emergency Documentation

For emergency rescheduling requests, supporting documentation may be required, including:

  • Medical emergencies — doctor’s note or hospital documentation
  • Family emergencies — reasonable supporting documentation
  • Documentation must be submitted within 7 days of the cancellation request.

Payment Plans

Clients enrolling in payment plans agree to complete all scheduled payments in full regardless of attendance, participation level, or early discontinuation of services.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients acknowledge that participation in coaching, educational, or personal development services is voluntary and that they remain fully responsible for their own physical, mental, emotional, financial, and personal decisions.
  • Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial support where necessary.
  • For group programs and sessions, all participants agree to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of fellow participants.

Scope of Services Disclaimer

  • HigherSelfing™ provides educational content, coaching programs, and personal development services intended for self-improvement and learning purposes.
  • Services provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition and are not a substitute for licensed healthcare or mental health treatment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HigherSelfing™ and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from participation in services, programs, sessions, or use of this website.

Intellectual Property

  • All HigherSelfing™ materials, frameworks, methodologies, written content, digital products, recordings, branding, and session materials are the intellectual property of Anjali Lavania and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • No materials may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. HigherSelfing™ is not responsible for errors, downtime, or issues originating from third-party payment systems.

Changes to Terms
