Using a blend of mindset work, energy alignment, and practical execution tools, you will:

Program Structure
- 2 sessions per week
- 1:1 sessions (60 minutes each, except the Discovery Session: 90 minutes)

Sessions 2–3 — Belief Mapping & Nervous System Awareness
