HigherSelfing™ offers a personalized emotional regulation and nervous system healing experience to help you regain balance, clarity, and inner stability—while building long-term resilience and grounded presence.
Using a blend of breathwork, energy work, subconscious healing, and mindset recalibration, you will:
- Recognize and regulate emotional overwhelm
- Calm your nervous system and return to the present moment
- Release stored emotional and energetic tension
- Develop tools for sustained emotional balance and resilience
Program Structure
- 2 sessions per week
- 1:1 sessions (60 minutes each, except the Discovery Session: 90 minutes)
Session Flow
Session 1 — Discovery & Emotional Baseline (90 mins)
A deep dive into your current emotional patterns, triggers, and nervous system responses.
Sessions 2–3 — Awareness & Emotional Imbalance
Recognizing patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation while building awareness as the foundation for change.
Sessions 4–5 — Core Wound Healing & Emotional Release
Releasing deeper emotional imprints and stored tension through guided inner work and energy practices.
Sessions 6–9 — Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation
Using conscious breathing techniques to calm the body, reduce mental noise, and anchor into the present moment.
Sessions 10–13 — Energy Clearing & Emotional Balance
Clearing emotional heaviness and restoring internal equilibrium through energy-based practices.
Sessions 14–16 — Regaining Stability & Emotional Control
Learning to pause, process, and respond rather than react impulsively while strengthening resilience.
Sessions 17–19 — Mindset Reframing & Thought Regulation
Shifting negative thought patterns and reducing emotional intensity through cognitive and energetic tools.
Sessions 20–21 — HigherSelfing™ Irrigate Technique
Reprogramming subconscious responses and learning to realign thoughts, emotions, and actions in real time.
