HigherSelfing™ offers a personalized, deep healing experience to identify, clear, and balance your chakras.
Using a blend of ancient wisdom and modern energy techniques, you will:

• Identify energy imbalances
• Clear blockages through guided techniques
• Align and activate your energy flow
• Develop tools for ongoing self-healing

Program Structure

• 2 sessions per week
• 1:1 sessions (60 minutes each, except the Discovery Session: 90 minutes)

A deep dive into your current state, patterns, and energetic baseline.

Sessions 2–3 — Belief Mapping
Understanding how your beliefs shape your emotional and energetic reality.

Sessions 4–5 — Energy Body Assessment
Identifying chakra imbalances and their impact on your physical, emotional, and mental state.

Sessions 6–9 — Deep Healing Work
Breathwork, HigherSelfing™ meditation, energy clearing, and vibrational techniques to restore alignment.

Sessions 10–13 — Personalized Chakra Healing Plan
A tailored roadmap including:

• Daily practices (breathwork, visualization, color therapy)
• Crystals & sound frequencies aligned to your energy
• Mantras & affirmations for subconscious reprogramming
• Lifestyle adjustments to support balance

Sessions 14–16 — Integration & Ascension Flow
You’ll learn how to:

• Recognize early signs of imbalance
• Prevent recurring energetic blocks
• Maintain a stable, elevated state

• Weekly check-ins via text between sessions
