Using a blend of breathwork, energy work, and mindset recalibration, you will:

  • Recognize and regulate emotional overwhelm
  • Calm your nervous system and anchor into the present
  • Release stagnant emotional energy
  • Develop tools for sustained emotional balance and resilience

Program Structure

  • 2 sessions per week
  • 1:1 sessions (60 minutes each, except the Discovery Session: 90 minutes)

Session Flow

Session 1 — Discovery & Emotional Baseline (90 mins)
A deep dive into your current emotional patterns, triggers, and nervous system responses.

Sessions 2–3 — Awareness & Emotional Imbalance
Recognizing patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation. Building awareness as the foundation for change.

Sessions 4–5 — Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation
Using conscious breathing techniques to calm the body, reduce mental noise, and anchor into the present moment.

Sessions 6–7 — Energy Clearing & Emotional Release
Releasing stored emotional tension through guided meditation and energy-clearing practices.

Sessions 8–9 — Regaining Stability & Emotional Control
Learning to pause, process, and respond instead of reacting impulsively. Building emotional resilience.

Sessions 10–11 — Mindset Reframing & Thought Regulation
Shifting negative thought patterns and reframing stressful situations to reduce emotional intensity.

Sessions 12–13 — Realignment & Higher Self Connection
Accessing inner guidance through journaling, visualization, and intuitive practices to reconnect with your center.

Sessions 14–15 — Daily Integration & Emotional Balance
Creating sustainable routines, rituals, and habits that support long-term emotional stability.

Session 16 — Integration & Nervous System Stability
Bringing together all tools and practices to maintain a grounded, centered state.
